• 主导 AI Agent 应用架构与核心模块实现，使Agent具备规划、工具调用和自主执行能力。
• 在高并发、高可用目标下优化系统性能和稳定性。
• 与产品、算法、前端协作，将用户场景转为链路完整、体验良好的 AI 交互。

Qualifications and expectations

• 3年以上后端开发经验，并有实际交付的 AI Agent 项目经验。
• 精通 Python，熟悉主流 Web 服务框架及高并发、高可用系统设计与实现。
• 熟悉主流 Agent 框架，对 RAG、Function Calling 和 MCP 有深入理解与实践经验。
• 了解 LLM 基本原理，能使用 Prompt Engineering 解决工程问题，而不只是调用 API。
• 遵循标准团队协作流程，能务实推动问题闭环并持续更新技术认知。

Preferred qualifications (not mandatory)

• 有 Dify、ComfyUI 或其他AI工作流编排框架实战经验。
• 对影像处理、多模态内容生成有好奇心。
