• 设计并实现AI语音智能体，优化Prompt，建立评估和测试机制，验证稳定性/可靠性/安全性并与产研团队迭代。

Qualifications and expectations

• 计算机/人工智能相关本科及以上；2年以上大模型、Agent或相关领域经验。
• 至少掌握一种Java/Python/Go等语言并具备工程实践；熟悉主流Agent平台技术。
• 提示词、长文本处理、工具调用或多Agent协作至少一领域有丰富实践
• 理解Agent平台架构并能按项目定制扩展；有国内外主流模型使用经验
• 具备技术视野、自主钻研、学习及产品研发协作能力

Preferred qualifications (not mandatory)

• 有AI语音智能体开发项目经验；了解主流大模型及应用场景。
