• 负责企业语音客服Agent产品与方案，从需求分析/Agent搭建到调优和验收；覆盖对话流程、Prompt、RAG、工具、上下文、评测和客户投产，并沉淀可复用产品能力。

Qualifications and expectations

• 本科及以上，5年以上产品经验及2年以上ToB/企业服务/行业方案经验，有复杂客户项目落地经历。
• 具备LLM应用落地、Prompt调优和Agent Harness设计能力。
• 深入理解对话AI和语音Agent能力边界
• 能够抽象复杂客服业务，判断模型选型、实现和交付成本
• 具备数据分析与效果评测能力，围绕业务指标持续优化
• 沟通协调、项目推动与客户沟通能力，能在不确定环境中主动解决问题

Preferred qualifications (not mandatory)

• 智能客服/外呼/AICC经验；评测集、对话数据、模型微调或大型企业AI投产经验优先。
