DATA & COOPERATION

Make data, responsibility and scope explicit.

This explanation supports your decision to join an initial trial. Before cooperation, we confirm available functions and the actual arrangement; this is a service-scope explanation, with specific terms agreed separately.

01

How your agent processes materials

Both sides use their own agent. Model processing and transmission depend on the host and provider configuration; executing in your workspace does not mean the model runs on your device. Choose which materials it may process before starting.

02

Platform receipt and synchronization

The platform receives selected material for specific objects. External roles are applied for through official channels and full receipts stay in your workspace. When signed in, minimal events explicitly recorded through the CLI for selection, self-reported applications and channel observations are reported by default; browsing and saving a role do not trigger them. The CLI lets you inspect, delete or stop future reporting. Stopping does not delete existing events; deletion leaves only a minimal tombstone to block the original key. Search terms, full resumes and email bodies are not uploaded as these events. Default synchronization of workspaces, tool settings and history is still being developed; the platform may read authorized content for necessary analysis and service. Actual coverage is explained before a trial.

03

Adviser access and counterpart access

A mandate needs an explicit goal, material scope and recipient. Private limits, budgets or evaluations shared with an adviser are not automatically disclosed to the other party. The exact introduction and its recipients are confirmed separately.

04

Accuracy and platform opinion

You declare the quality of supplied materials and correct outdated or inaccurate facts. Platform and adviser checks, questions and suggestions remain opinions; they do not certify qualifications, employment, ability or recruiting outcomes.

05

Retention, withdrawal and deletion

Before starting, record who retains which materials, for what purpose, and when review or deletion is due. The site does not promise a universal retention period; per-material retention and derived-content handling are still being improved. Closing a case does not erase all data, and remote deletion of downloaded external copies cannot be guaranteed.

06

Professional partners and service entities

Professional recruiters can initially join permitted human collaboration or case review. Technical collaboration does not imply self-service onboarding. The service entity, fees, responsibility, confidentiality and dispute contact are agreed per engagement. Institutional connections and public roles are not client endorsements.

Confirm these together before starting.
