FAQ
Clear questions before you start.
Answers about getting started, agents, service ownership, evidence and material scope.
Who is AI Native Match for?
We cover AI team roles in product, engineering, algorithms, data, operations and FDE. A candidate direction or team work goal is enough to begin a discussion; an existing resume or task brief can be the starting point.
Must I publish a profile, search or post a role first?
No. Discovery and deeper service stand independently. Candidates can bring a direction and teams can bring a role and outcomes. Public profiles, search and applications are separate choices.
Do both sides need the same agent?
No. Both sides use their own chosen agent with suitable capabilities. Check file, installation and tool execution requirements in Getting started. A chat-only environment can help clarify goals before an execution-capable environment or authorized collaborator continues.
Is a recommendation a fit score?
We discuss the specific work, contribution evidence, compatible conditions and open questions. There is no universal talent score or guaranteed hiring probability. Hard conflicts and important unknowns need attention; the advice may be to avoid an introduction.
Who owns the service and decisions?
GIL coordinates initial conversations and named case owners. Scope, professional support and response arrangements are agreed before starting. Candidates decide their direction and offers, teams decide conditions and hiring, and advisers support with advice and communication.
Do you have proven client outcomes or a large talent pool?
We show the product’s test-stage foundation, relevant team backgrounds, public research and clearly labeled work samples. Recruiting outcomes, delivery cost and long-term value need initial service validation. Public opportunities, community members and samples are not counted as clients or a recommendable talent pool.
Does joining a case disclose all my materials?
No. Adviser analysis and disclosure to the other party have separate scopes. Before a trial, confirm purpose, recipients, selected materials and retention; see Data & cooperation.
How are fees, timing and withdrawal agreed?
For each role and service arrangement, agree the payer, scope, response dates and withdrawal conditions. The site offers no instant transaction price or fixed delivery deadline. Contracts, joining and fees are handled by the agreed responsible people.
Have a specific question?
Start with your actual goal and material scope; GIL coordinates initial contact.
